NEO-KYOTO, 2089. The city never sleeps. Neither does Mika.
Every night, she fixes what the city breaks. Streetlights. Vending machines. Robot cats stuck on roofs.
Mika: There. Good as new, little guy.
And every morning, she goes to school like nothing happened.
Teacher: Class, meet our new transfer student. Please introduce yourself.
Ren: …Ren. I like drawing.
Mika's heart did something it had never done before.
Mika: (It's fine. It's a glitch. Hearts glitch sometimes. Probably.)
That night, a new mural appeared on the old train bridge.
A girl with a glowing screwdriver, fixing a broken star.
Mika: …That's me.
Ren: You weren't supposed to see it yet.
